Well the shows coming up in june so I may have picked a bad time to run my cycle o well....I want to put on as much size as I can on this cycle basically....I am at 180 right now, so if I could reach 190-195 that would be great....Tell me what your goals are...

I saw an increase in weight in about week 4. But I saw your diet bro, I'm know you're trying to get ready for a comp, but I'm taking in 325g complex carbs a day. Carbs are what feeds our muscles and allows them to grow. I also up the calories about 75/100 every week.
