hey guys ,,i am gonna start my first cycle real soon ,,and i think that i am gonna try the 5 times 5 workout ,,but i was wondering can i use it through the whole cycle or will my body adapt to it real fast ,,,any way i was thinking of doing that split guys so what do u think :
well i want to add that i want to hit my arms and chest hard ,,,
arms day : standing barbell curls 5 * 5
preacher curls 2 sets
hammer curls < i was thinking of chin ups too ,will that be too much ,,
triceps : skullcrushers < 5 * 5 >
one hand behind the back
press downs < also was thinking about adding reverse push ups too >
wrist curls
chest : flat barbell < 5 sets > ,,inclined barbell, dips < also i dunno if i should add flyes too >
back : bent over rows <5 sets > ,,dead lift ,,one hand ,,< i might add lat pull downs too >
shoulders : military presses ,side raises,,front raises ,,upsider rows and shrugs ,,
legs : squats ,,,leg curls ,,leg raises ,,,calf raises ,,
well guys all the first exercises for each body part are 5 sets < sorry but i couldnt find the times sign ,,lol > so what do u think ?
