if i understand your question right...

your body wont adapt to it because you'll be increasing the weight weekly...

ok ,,,is there any thing that i have to change in my routine ,,,also one thing which i dont really understand ,,,i should be using a weight that i can do for 5 sets and not really heavy so that i can increase the weight each week ,,then the weight i use wont be heavy ,,,isnt heavy weight what builds mass ????

You will be increasing the weight because your body will be getting stronger. DON'T start with a light weight because you anticipate adding 10 lbs next week. Start with the heaviest weight you can do 5x5 and then, next week, you'll be able to add to that because your body will hopefully have become stronger. Of course, this all depends on your diet and rest as well. Man, these threads always come back to the same 3 things, DIET, TRAINING, and REST........wonder why that is????

BTW, the idea is to get stronger, not to be a math genius and figure out how much weight you need to start with in order to be able to add 10 next week and 10 the week after. Go heavy, and get bigger/stronger.
