5x5 training question.

Hey guys, I am going to start the 5x5 workout and got some questions hopefully you guys can answer.
Tomorrow I am doing arms, when I do the 5 sets x 5 reps do I keep the same amount of weight?? If I do I would think I go for a heavy weight that I can handle but enough to make my muscles work.
I am going to do 5x5 on bi's, then 5x5 on tri's, then 2x8 on bi's and 2x8 and tri's. and then thats it for the owkrout, correct??

wow thats far off... first off you only do 5x5 on core movements bench, deads and squat everything else is 2x8 and its assistance work.. bi's and tri's are assistance work done on different days

its not that far off my friend

if you follow needsize's routine, you do:
superset of curls/close grip 5x5 t
hen 2 other supersets of 2x8

roflmfao.

needsize did it for years and gained tons of size and strength, but it just doesnt meet my goals right now
