I been doing the 5x5 workout for three weeks and was just wondering about back workouts, should back width be included in my vack workout or should it have its own day?
It's all in one. Back day is very exhausting. How mine looks right now is 5x5 Deadlift, 2 sets T bar Rows, 2 sets BB Rows.
I usually substitute one workout every week to make sure I'm getting everything.
