Dont think your body can even process all of that, probably why you are shitting every couple hours. Try 300-350 grams and more carbs, get alot more out of it and higher energy levels throughout the day... goodluck
 
I think this protein consumption is fine.

Why is he shitting alot? I would like to see you eat 500grams of protein, plus the rest of his food and not have to take a dump.

You can only hold so much food before you need to get rid of the old stuff :D
 
I've been trying to eat as much as possible lately and its so hard in this summer heat. But my new job allows for ALOT of eating time.

for KRS-One: yesterday I had hamburger patties with every meal except dinner, 2 hardboiled eggs with that also, and the rest I got in protein shakes (which I only take with a solid meal). If I can get 100g's of protein in one meal im happy, eating every 2 hours at work and at home is hard so im pretty much keeping the carbs to a minimum its hard to eat that much damn food and still have an appetite. I love chicken, even though I strive for red meats, a good ol' BBQ chicken for lunch/dinner with a baked potatoe will satisfy the "Taste Buds"..

I snack on fiber one in the mornings unless i have time to cook oatmeal. A year ago I bitched about having to eat so much protein (then was 200g's a day) and now it just comes natural, its like routine to me.

for 1BdMfkr: ive always had trouble gaining, then I found the secret. lol (sounds like an infomercial).. "when you think your eating enough, eat more." I hear people making quotes like that all the time, but seriously.. how many people do you actually know that EAT 500-600 grams of protein a day? and do this religiously? I can guarantee you they aren't small. I've found that 200-300 grams a day for me is like natural growing, and 500-600 well, its like doing a test cycle and only eating 200-300 grams. The more protein you eat, the more you grow. Case closed, thats all there is to it.

0nyx: Im pretty sure I got close to 650 yesterday, but I quit counting after 500. lollololol

I'm at 250g/day, I am going to try and up my intake to 350-400 for 4 weeks and see how it affects me... How much of that are you taking in shakes/solid foods... because thats a lot of fucking chicken breast!
 
Red meat is great and all until you eat 5 steaks a day for like 2 months straight, time to switch to chicken for a while and then turkey, salmon, etc etc.. We need more animals to choose from.

it just depends on the day/mood im in, the majority of my protein sources are red meat (the hamburger meat I eat with every meal). I cook them up the night before and bringem to work with me, they taste horrible after being microwaved, but I still manage to get them down with some milk or water. I drink a 50g whey shake at least three times a day WITH the meals containing less protein. it just depends..

I feel at ease as long as I can eat as much protein as I drink. Some people will argue this is too much protein shake/not enough solid food. but when you see how much i actually eat you would understand. As long as you meet or exceed 50% solid:50%liquid.. I dont see how its that much, and if your drinking the shakes with a meal it really shouldn't matter! a couple hardboiled eggs and a 75g protein shake and your body will never know the difference.
 
thats not an excuss for eating REAL food though! just in times when you cant set down for very long to eat a full course meal.
