I've been trying to eat as much as possible lately and its so hard in this summer heat. But my new job allows for ALOT of eating time.
for KRS-One: yesterday I had hamburger patties with every meal except dinner, 2 hardboiled eggs with that also, and the rest I got in protein shakes (which I only take with a solid meal). If I can get 100g's of protein in one meal im happy, eating every 2 hours at work and at home is hard so im pretty much keeping the carbs to a minimum its hard to eat that much damn food and still have an appetite. I love chicken, even though I strive for red meats, a good ol' BBQ chicken for lunch/dinner with a baked potatoe will satisfy the "Taste Buds"..
I snack on fiber one in the mornings unless i have time to cook oatmeal. A year ago I bitched about having to eat so much protein (then was 200g's a day) and now it just comes natural, its like routine to me.
for 1BdMfkr: ive always had trouble gaining, then I found the secret. lol (sounds like an infomercial).. "when you think your eating enough, eat more." I hear people making quotes like that all the time, but seriously.. how many people do you actually know that EAT 500-600 grams of protein a day? and do this religiously? I can guarantee you they aren't small. I've found that 200-300 grams a day for me is like natural growing, and 500-600 well, its like doing a test cycle and only eating 200-300 grams. The more protein you eat, the more you grow. Case closed, thats all there is to it.
0nyx: Im pretty sure I got close to 650 yesterday, but I quit counting after 500. lollololol
