6 months since cycle with low libido (blood work inside) Advice please

So I had a test-cyp cycle only at 500 mg per week. My PCT was clomid and nolva and I used HCG and arimidex during the entire cycle. The only thing I think that anyone suggested I was doing a bit wrong during the entire cycle including PCT was only that my clomid levels were a bit lower but most said it should still be good enough to revive everything. I'm 32 years old and this was my third cycle.

I had no libido issues during the cycle or PCT but I had ED issues for a while but 1 month after my cycle everything felt 100% and things continued this way for another few months. Sex life was great and orgasms were still normal. However, about 2 months ago I just dont noticed that I wasn't the same in the libido department (erections still normal). I mentioned this and most said its probably psychological but I just dont have that IT factor anymore. The blood work indicates that my test level and estrogen is a bit lower..what are you guys thinking? I would appreciate advice.

Here is my blood work prior to my cycle

It doesn't look bad honestly.. I mean your e2 is a little low.. Youre not taking anything that would cause that right?? But its still within range..

Lh and fsh functions are high.. Maybe a little too high for the testosterone youre producing.. But you are producing enough..

It doesn't seem to be hormone related unless its progestrone or dht?

Do you suggest to give it more time or to do something about it? I feel fine the way I am honestly it doesnt bother me and its nice to not have to be a horn dog for once in my life. I just wanna make sure since in my last thread everyone suggested I get blood work ASAP before it becomes a serious problem.

Some thoughts:

First this is assuming that both sets of blood work were run first thing in the morning after a good night of sleep. If not, that would potentially change my answers. :-)

Your hematocrit, RBCs and hemoglobin are low now. Have you changed your diet? I am worried you may be anemic. I would recommend checking Iron, Ferritin, Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels via blood work.

Any major stressors in your life after your cycle that have occurred?

Any changes is medications or supplements that you are taking?

Any activity level changes?

Any changes in sleep?

Any testicular trauma recently?

Your TT has dropped almost 20% compared to your baseline. You are getting close to Hypogonadal levels. TT below 300 or TT below 350 coupled with low Free T is defined as Hypogonadal. Depending on what you come back with responses, another PCT to try and restart your HPTA may be in order. But hCG would be needed prior to the SERMs as your LH and FSH are already being cranked out. The problem seems to be with your testicles.

Megatron my man thank you for the response!

Ok here goes the answer to each question

1) I ran the pre cycle blood work first thing in the morning and the second recent one 2 in the afternoon immediately after a workout. I didnt know it would affect my blood work.

2) My diet and my physique have changed DRAMATICALLY. I was 200 lbs before my cycle...220 on cycle...and I got into martial arts and eat super lean and clean now and I'm 170 lbs. My body is very cut now and I was more bulk prior to the cycle and definitely during the cycle.

3) Any major stressors? Yes plenty of stress

4) I'm taking a lot of supplements now but all healthy stuff for anti inflammation like fish oil, curcumin, vitamin D etc

5) Huge activity level changes...I work out much harder now because I train martial arts but I try to take breaks.

6) A lot less sleep now too

7) No testicular trauma

That worries me about the hypogonadal comment...last time I tried Clomid I was nearly suicidal. I made several threads where I was falling apart. I would rather drink sulfuric acid than clomid ever again because of the deep severe depression it puts me through. Is there any way around that?

Please let me know if my response changes your opinion.

So first thing is you need to run blood work over again. Always first thing in the morning for checking Natty levels. That could easily explain the swing in TT.

Please check Iron, Ferritin, vitamin D and b12 this time as well when you get blood work.

How much iron are you eating? And are you eating above, below or at TDEE?

What is causing you stress? Anything new?

What supps do you take and how much?

How many hours of sleep per night? Do you snore? The weight gain could have given you sleep apnea.

You could PCT with hCG and then transition to nolva.

Im not sure how much iron I'm eating honestly. I will add that I'm lactose intolerant so I do not eat dairy at all. The stress is not new...relationship ended few months ago plus work is getting harder and things of that nature. My back has also been killing me and I have no disc problems and MRI and doctors say I look fine so I dunno.

The supplements I take are fish oil, curcumin, vitamin D, glucosamine, occasionally NAC when I drink, and I am also on medication for an auto immune condition I have. I also smoke marijuana but I dont do anything other than that. The dosages are the daily recommended

I sleep only about 5 hours a night...I have serious insomnia problems my whole life hence the marijuana use to help me sleep. I tried melatonin, meditation...nothing works.

So if I do a PCT you suggest I start with HCG then just do Nolva? Nolvadex never felt like an issue...I will not take Clomid. The three times I have cycled and taken clomid I have gone from happy to damn near talking myself off the ledge.

I would like to see new blood work results taken first thing in the morning first.
