6 Week Cutting Cycle *opinions, options and help welcomed*

Hi all,

This is my first post on this site, I consider myself to have a reasonable broad range of knowledge regarding diet and training and I'm continuously learning. Although i have done much research I feel any additional advice on my cycle knowledge will be a huge help! I have done bulking and cutting cycles before but after thorough research i have come to a new cycle i would like to try.

I'm starting a 6 week cut on Monday and before i finalise my cycle and purchase it i thought id post it on here for additional help.

My cycle includes:

Anavar
Proviron
Clen
T3
Tamoxifen

I have the dosages already although if anyone has any better options please feel free to share.

I considered adding a test prop? is this mandatory to help me maintain muscle throughout the cycle or can i do this just swell with my diet. I more than Understand that steroids don't lose fat thats down to strict diet and cardio which i have organised already.

Im currently 190 lbs and 15% body fat, my aim is to achieve below 10% body fat.

Like i said guys I'm here for honest help and opinions, not to get battered by regular posters, that why i left other sites as it gets boring.

I appreciate some people do post nonsense but i feel this thread has some value!

Please help, I'm more than open to other cycles etc...

what makes you think you can't get to sub 10% bodyfat with diet alone? reguardless....you have alot going on here, so i'll give it to you straight. Never run any aas without test as a base. Never run t3 without aas. Here's what i would reccomend:

test prop 100-150 mg eod 1-8 weeks
aromasin 12.5-25mg ed 1-8 weeks

pct:
clomid 50mg 4 weeks

*if you've never run clen or t3, then choose one or the other for this run. each has their downsides, clen can make you feel jittery as fuck....and t3 can catabolize muscle. Neither are miracle workers and imo will generally do nothing if you don't already have your diet in order. Remember, like you stated, cutting bodyfat is almost 100% diet. "Cutting" drugs are used to dry out, and produce lean gains without excess water weight, not reduce body fat.

Trust me, im on some pretty good Anavar (var) right now and i can tell you, the so-called "fat burning" properties of this drug are rediculously overhyped. It gives decent strength, slight lean gains and a good pump in the gym. I don't see an issue with you adding in Anavar (var) if you've run a few cycles before. but just be careful. As for proviron, no need when you're on test.

Firstly thanks for your reply I really appreciate and respect your advice. After reading your eply I went away and did a bit more research regarding proviron, I found this information that if you are taking a simple stack of proviron and testosterone, youll have more of the test you shoot as free testosterone floating around building muscle (compliments of the Proviron), more androgen receptors to be bound to (compliments of testosterone) by Proviron, thus causing more fat loss. Testosterone and Proviron seem to be a very nice synergistic stack, pretty nearly an "ideal" stack of an oral and injectable, because both drugs will actually act to enhance the effect of the other.


I've never cycled Anavar (var) before and along with it coming highly priced I'm starting to opt for just test.

Regarding aromasin I'm aware of its job in the cycle, I'm not prone to gyno so would tamoxifen be sufficient?

I've used T3 and Clen many times and I agree yoube hit the side effects on the head, if you suggest just using one then I'll opt for clen.

looks good although i would use aromasin during cycle to limit water retention as it is an aromatase inhibitor whereas nolvadex (tamox) is a serm. If it were me i would save the nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) of a later cycle. clomid only post cycle therapy (pct) should suffice for a cycle like this imo.
