I really think you should have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand just in case. This is your first cycle and you don't know if you're gonna be gyno prone. Just because some guys posted they didn't like using AI's doesn't mean that will be the same for you. Everybody is different. Figure out how you react to test to make your own conclusions. Just better to be safe than sorry.

Hey man, i have searched for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in the market, but there isnt any AIs here. What else can i use??? clomid?? no tamoxifen here

Yea I don't get gyno at ALL. I react very well to test. No acne, minimal bloat, minimal oily skin. BUT without the Aromatase inhibitor (AI), me estrogen levels were thru the roof. Needs to be taken regardless of symptoms. Get bloodwork done and u will see

ohh wow, thats rough!! but no AIs here man, what else can i take to suppress the excess estrogen??

Try Proviron also , Mesterolone tablets, they also help a little with estrogen problem
