6 Weeks on my diet and I went from 20.8% to 14.2%

This Sat will be 6 weeks on my diet and plan to get back into shape, I went from 20.8% to 14.2% and I am only down 8 pounds. ( My goal was to lose bodyfat while maintaining LBM. I am 20 lbs stronger on the bench and looking much better than I did before.

I notice a big difference once I started taking PES Alpha T2. (Thanks to Gymrat for suggesting)

My goal is to get rid of as much bodyfat then possibly do a test and anavar cycle to add lbm.
