6th cycle - Sust 250/Tren E 200/Anavar 80mg/IGF-1 LR3 40mcg

Gents,

I'm currently into week 3 of my 16 week cycle. I'm running Sustanon (sust) 250mg every 3 days along with Tren E 100mg every 3 days. I'm also running 80mg of anavar ED until week 8. To kick the cycle off I ran dbol for the first 2 weeks and skipped the Tren until this week. I'll run the tren until week 12. I am adding IGF-1 LR3 tomorrow at 40mcg bilaterally post workout for 50 days on and 40 days off. Of course I've got my pct on hand. Goal is to add about 15lbs of lean mass. Basically just looking for any suggestions/recommendations with the cycle.

Stats: 5'8"/195lbs/29 years old
 
Forgot to mention that I'll be running the IGF in my pct as well in an effort to help maintain gains.
 
Cycle looks good, seeing as this is your sixth cycle, assuming you have all ancillaries on hand.

Anyway, two things, are you planning to bulk or cut on this? 100mg every three days of tren E isn't much...even 100mg eod isn't too much. I would bump the tren up at least alittle if you think you can handle it.

2. What made your settle on 40mcg of the IGF? and the 50days on, 40 off. I've never ran igf before but am planning to use it along with slin during my post cycle therapy (pct) for my current cycle. Was thinking 50-60mcg bilaterally on workout days so i'm curious how you settled on 40mcg? and are you planning on using 40mcg ed?

Yes, I've got all ancillaries. Wouldn't have it any other way. Made the mistake of not having them on hand for my 2nd cycle and ended up paying for it. Got the infamous 'deca dick'!

I guess you could say bulk but I am only wanting to add about 15lbs of quality, lean muscle. The only reason I settled on 100mg every 3 days is because I've seen the side effects in friends. I also wanted to see how my body handled it. In all likelihood, if next week goes well I'll probably bump it to 200mg every 3 days.

I settled on 40mcg simply because of all the research I've done. If I'm not mistaken it was juiced porkchop that relayed that info on one of these boards here. Another reason is because its my first time using this stuff. I'm sure I could handle a higher dose, but wanted to keep it relatively low because I've only got 4 grams and I'm pretty sure that will give me (2) 50 day cycles on it. And yes, I'll be taking it daily. Mainly IM, but in those stubborn areas like the inside of my thighs and love handles I'll be injecting sub-q.

Ok, so I went ahead and got another mg of the IGF-LR3. I'll now be running it at 60mcg post workout bilaterally. On non-workout days it will be first thing in the morning.

Again, if anyone has any recommendations I'd like to hear them. Always open to suggestions/recommendations.
 
Dont take my word on it, but i have heard its better to run IGF-LR3 as a split dosage. Pre and post workout.
 
UPDATE - So, I'm approaching the end of my 4th week and all is well. Absolutely love the tren as far as the strength gains. I am holding back so that I don't mess around and injure myself. My libido is slightly decreased but it's still normal. Oh, and the tren is definitely affecting my sleep. Waking up throughout the night constantly and sweating.

I am also noticing a bit of water retention but that's expected with the sust. Definitely noticing that I'm staying fuller and more vascular for longer after my workouts(pretty sure this is the IGF).

Just wanted to update you guys and let you know everything is going good.

By the way, don't have much experience with peptides but after months of research and talking with friends who've used them I've decided that I'm going to run Ipamorelin and Mod GRF 1-29 during my pct and for a duration of 6 months(this is the length that I've been told is most effective).

SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Sounds good. I have read Ipamorelin is the best with the least side effects. I am really wanting to get into Peptides to. i got friends that run them and have like the results. Keep us posted bro.
 
UPDATE - I'm now at the end of week 6 of my cycle. I noticed that the tren was killing my libido even at the very minimal dose of 200mg/week so I started taking some Nolvadex @ 20mg/day and everything is good now.

Since my last update I also noticed that I was extremely tired by the end of the day. I realized this was due to the IGF and how it utilizes my carb intake. So I increased my carb intake and added a little more fats and now all is well. Oh yeah, I've already gained 15lbs of lean mass. Because of my increased carb and fat intake I've noticed a slight loss of my muscle definition. However, once I've reached week 9 I'll begin to tighten up my diet and this should help me to lose that excess bodyfat and regain my definition by the end of my cycle. DIET IS EVERYTHING guys. And that is my main problem because I love cookies and chicken alfredo and pizza and fried chicken and all that good stuff!

As always, suggestions are appreciated.

Sure will. I'm anxious to see how the peptides will help me bridge between my cycles.
 
It was recommended to me to add some masteron at the end of my cycle to go ahead and dry me out and give me that lean and hard, vascular, thin skinned look. I've run mast before and loved it, but I've never run it with tren. Anybody have any recommendations on this?

Just wanted to update my status with the cycle. Turns out I ended up increasing LBM by 15% and decreased bf by 6%. I must admit that my diet was not very clean the last couple of weeks as I wasn't hitting my macros and was missing essential fats. This led to some bingeing on nasty food. PCT has gone well and I'm out of the gym for a couple of weeks due to surgery to remove a non-malignant lump in my forearm. Oh well, I'll hit it hard when I get back. Next cycle will be a bulking cycle with test p, tren a, and dbol and possible anavar. I'll also add in some mod grf 1-29 and ipamorelin.

Sorry I didn't keep a better log, just got caught up with work, school, family and everything else that life throws at you. Oh yeah, I'll start my next cycle on or about July 1. Can't wait. Until then, go big or go home.
