8-10 wk Test E cycle, need post cycle therapy (pct) advice

8-10 wk Test E cycle, need PCT advice

So I have decided on keeping it simple with 8-10 weeks of test E at 500 mg/week.This is my first cycle by the way. It seems like Arimidex at 0.25mg eod is standard for this cycle but what is the general consensus for post cycle therapy (pct)? Everywhere I look I seem combinations of Nolva, Clomid, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), Aromasin....

Background info: I'm 28 yrs old, 5'9 215 lbs 15% bf. Been training for 10 years, seriously for the past 5 or 6. Used to be 140 lbs

bench: 275
squat: 405
deadlift: 565

Please recommend me a PCT. Seems like by researching so much i've confused myself

my intended cycle is:

wk1-8(or10):500mg test-e
wk1-8: arimidex .25mg eod
wk9-10: off
wk11-14 PCT...nolva? or nolva & clomid?

Run the test atleast 10 weeks, 8is cutting it short because it doesnt really kick in till week 5 or 6. Pct Nolva 40 40 20 20 would be fine. or Clomid 50 50 50 50 or both lol.

A waste of a cycle.
12wks MIN with teste i rec 14min
8 weeks of teste orprop are pritty usless long term and for any real gains.
it takes time to build muscle with steroids or not.

start pct 1-2 weeks after last shot
PCT:
20mg nolva for 3-4 weeks and/or 25mg clomid ed for 3-4 weeks.
HCGenerate may help also. I would ue it the last 5 weeks of cycle leading upto pct but not into it.

i was basing cycle length on appearance of sides. If sides aren't bad I may just run the whole 12 weeks. So Clomid and Nolva should be good?

yes but i personally would just pick one of them if i where doing pct, alot of othrs like using both at a lower dose at same time.

I HIGHLY rec the HCGenerate though. moreso then the nolva or clomid acually

well i'm not really, i'm just running a cycle with my buddy who wants to do the same. So i'm having a hard time deciding? I have the opportunity to either do Enth or Prop. What would you choose?

no no, i haven't begun yet. I was just getting conflicting ideas. I'm getting Nolva, Clomid and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for my PCT thanks guys. And i'll be running 12 weeks of test e at 500mg

ok then, 250iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) twice a week until last shot of test, wait 2wks and take nolva 40 40 20 20.
