I went to the doctor today and got my 90 day test results and there were several things to be happy about yet I have some questions on some of the results.

TT:
Starting Level: 64 (350-1000 ng/dl)
After 90 Days: 510 (350-1000 ng/dl)

SHBG
Starting Level: 17.5 (16.5-55.9)
After 90 Days: 17.5 (16.5-55.9)
No Change, doctor says he doesn't like it being as low as it is

Hematocrit
Starting Level: 47.6
After 90 Days: 52.9 (Donated whole blood a month and a half ago)

Neutrophils (Absolute)
Starting Level: 10.3 (1.8-7.8)
After 90 Days: 9.8 (1.8-7.8)
No idea what this is

Estradiol
Starting Level: 34.0 (7.6-42.6 pg/ml)
After 90 Days: 28.6 (7.6-42.6 pg/ml)

The doctor also said my Free T was @ 14 even though I do not see that on my test results.

Any Thoughts?

My first question is: How do you FEEL? Are you feeling like your old self yet (in a good way of course)?

I'm not sure why he's upset with your SHBG as most would prefer a lower SHBG (within range), as this allows you to utilize more of your total test as free testosterone. Free is what actually does all the work in your body, so having more isn't necessarily a bad thing.

You might want to think about getting in on an apheresis. You're not SKY high on the hematocrit, but it can quickly elevate from there, and whole blood may not cut it for you. Especially if you're a bigger fella. We just tend to shit out more RBC's and platelets.

Neutrophils are just part of your immune system, which usually indicates you have an infection/cold/allergy. If he's concerned, you could probably run a few tests to rule out an infection in your intestinal tract, which is where they usually like to hide, keeping you from seeing any symptoms.

E2 is looking good! Any idea what that range was for the Free T? Mine are usually from something like 59-115 or about there. I don't think you'd be under range for that given your SHBG/E2/TT values.

My .02c :)

Thanks Halfwit,

He told me he would like to increase my dosage but wants to wait until I donate blood again. I just called the blood bank and I am due for another donation on Saturday. so guess where I will be on Saturday?

My WBC is slightly elavated but as far back as I can remember it has always been slightly high so doctors have never really paid it any mind. I will try and find out what the range is for the Free T, I am surprised it is not on my results unless I am just not reading it correctly, could be be labeled as something that I am just not seeing as being Free T?

Edit: I feel good but not great, I think once I get my TT up a bit I will feel better, I took some vacation time this past week and went hunting for 5 days so he gave me a 200mg injection instead of my usual 160mg since I would not be available onMonday for my injection and I really felt great at that dose.
