Ok I guess I will start over by telling you guys a little more about myself.
I am a hard gainer for lots of reasons I guess. I was born over one month premature. I gain weight easy but can never keep it on due to my matablism, and high catobloics.
I have weight trained many guys & girls. I can put the weight on them or take the weight off them, but can never get the results myself.
I know, not everything, but lots about weight training, when to take sups and when not to. I know quit abit about oral steroids, test if you will, P6, things of that nature.
I did manage to add 12 pounds to frame, which is what put me up to the 155 mark. I want to weight 175 to 190, perferbly 190.
I have a ectomorph frame, I have small bone desnity which is good for athletics, but bad because they dont weigh that much.
Again I want to cycle for one month and wanted to know about side effects, if any, and just how much of a % I will keep when I stop.

I repeat the work out after a 2 day lay off, so that my workouts never fall on the same days. All I call it keeping the body in shock, to add growth.
I read alot of the recommended newbie stuff. While lots os it was very helpful it didnt answer my questions directly.
I know getting big is more then just working out and using sups, and or steroids.
I get at least 8-9 hours of sleep, I try my best to keep my liver working on food. I try to eat at least 6 times a day, and take in as much protien as possible. Which is one of my major down falls, I need to take in more protien, and eat more, which is what I plan to do if I start to cycle.
