A better way to do chest?

I too think you should start using dumbells.
Here is a chest routine Flex Wheeler used to do (it works for me)

If you dont wanna watch exercises are:
Incline barbell press
Incline dumbell press
Flat bench press
Pec deck/crossovers
Seated bench press machine
 
Dumbells are the best things for breaking through a plateau. You will begin to see nice size gains and strength gains which is due to the change up and also you'll be using stabilizer muscles that you don't use with barbells. Do a month straight of strick dumbells with no barbell and then go back to barbell. You'll see a huge difference.
