I'm 24yrs old I've been active in sports my whole life a couple years back felt like I needed a lifestyle change and that's what I did started running and lifting. Lost 60 pounds dropped from 225 to 165 from there I've been on a nice and steady bulk to 195 and have been cutting back the fat ever since currently i weighing in at 183 at 12% bf. looking to cut down to 175ish 8-10% bf then I "think" I'll be ready for a 12wk cycle of 500mg test e, with a proper post cycle therapy (pct). looking to add lean mass do I will be keeping the calories in the 3000-3400 area. Want to know anything else ask away!
