a clen question again??

QUESTION: ive seen many recommendations as ive been researching for the proper dosage for clen. its recommended to run clen 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off starting at a low dosage and building up. ive seen this as a cycle 20/40/60/80/100mcg which from my understanding might work best. but then ive also seen that some people run it at a low dosage for the first couple days and then jump to a high dosage and then tapering off at the end by jumping back down to a low dosage. which is the prefered cycle?

I don't see any reason to taper at the end. Since it has a long half life, even those people that use the same dosage for several days are actaully increasing their dosage every day (half life is 36 hours).

The first time you use it, I strongly suggest starting with a low dose. I started with 20mcg and that was about all I could stand for a while.

I read recently the half life is actually around 68hr to 69hr, which is extremely long as it pointed out in the literature.
