I like to lift then do cardio last mayb 20 to 35 tops I like to lift 5 days aweek cardio mayb 3 days a week.Your going to have to see what works for u.
the big thing with bulking is diet aka eat a lot (or at least more than your body needs) also if you are lifting only 2 days aweek they have to count..... so go beast mode on those two days, also think about throwing in a protein shake after the work out and then run so you can get a jump start on the healing. you do not grow from working out you break your body down from it.... you grow from the rest and the diet. good luck.
