a cycle to contemplate

hey guys. I just wanted to toss this out there. I would like to say that I was thinking of somethign like this for someone who is not really into being a freak and just wants to turn some heads on the beach. I was also thinking this would be a good cycle for someone like me who has had 1-2 cycles under their belt. The idea of this cycle is to change ones body composition from 16-18% to 8-10% and have some good mass added.

week 1-8 Sust @ 500mg/week
week 1-4 35 mg dbol/day
week 3-7 Humulin R 4-6 Iu post workout
Week 5-10 75mg EOD tren
week 8-13 Winstrol (winny) 50mg/day (not sure on dosage of winny)
week 9-13 T3 and clen alternately.

now of course the diet would be high carb, high pro for the first 9 week then the last 4 weeks would be very low carb.

Ideas, inputs, liek I said this is jsut a thought. Oh yes and to spare peoples fingures, I would like to say I am not an idiot or a newbie when it comes to these things so you do not have to respond like i am one.
 
i dont fool with slin so i wont comment on that part but i would run the sust for 10 weeks and the tren up until the 13th week ending the tren and winnie at the end of the 13th week and starting clomid therapy 2 days later
 
I agree with my good friend DADAWG........

.....but I also think you are being unrealistic in expecting to drop your bf that much while adding mass.
 
thats a lot for a guy who doesn't want to be a freak. How about some tren prop, and some CARDIO, and DIET.
