A few questions

What do you think is the better way to setup your daily split on days that the muscles interfere with eachother? For example, on back and bi's day, most of my back workouts make my biceps pretty sore, so on that day should i do biceps before back?

On shoulders and trapz day i have 4 shoulder workouts and only one for traps (bb shrugs). Is this ok?

kind of stupid questions but i got the routine out of a magazine and it looks solid but not sure on the above stuff. thanks.

dont do back and bi's on same day. u need ur full strength on ur bis for both workouts in order to grow. Same with all other muscles like alot of people do tris and chest on the same day...you will not get maximum results, think about it its common sense.

shrugs is ok for shoulders, alot of shoulder workouts, target ur traps also, i just do them last, and that is the best part of my body, they look like fuckin gorilla shoulders

your statement is simply not true. acccording to you if i do back and bis together my bis will not grow. thats like saying if i eat meat and potatoes together i wont get full.

nothing wrong with incorporating muscle groups together in the same workout. most do this. this way the muscle group gets 7 days to recover. less chance of overtraining and injury.

if your traps are the best part of your body and you just throw them in last then why wouldnt it work for bis or tris?

gorilla shouders? you must be hairy. =0)

i said u will not get maximum results. Do back one day when ur bis are fresh then do it again when they are worn out from a previous workout and see which is better.

i used to do them in the same workout, unitl someone on this website told me otherwise, and it has worked alot better for me, so u do ur thing and i'll do mine.
