ive got a few questions that have come up through my readings here...
1. With Cardio, is it better to do it pre, or post lifting? And what is the best kind of cardio to do if i want to lose fat, but not lose muscle?
2. There is more than one kind of deadlift, romanian, straight leg, and regular... what is a 'rack' deadlift, and a romanian?
im assuming and a straight leg dead lift is just where you keep your legs straight and pick up the weight, but its just a guess
