sounds wierd, but if you wanna try something new,if you eat a lot of hamburger like me, put some salsa in a blender, and then use that instead of ketchup. that shits awesome

thanx for the tip bro considering i eat dry sirloin r turkey burgers everyday. you know what i like is stuffing my burgers with slices of fresh garlic and sometines some jalepenos its a good way to get in some antioxidants and you dont even know your eating it.

jalepenos kick ass i put them in my burgers too. yea i have to think of new ways to cook my food cause i eat same shit all the time its gets tiresome, and when it gets tiresome I cant eat as much soemtimes

i wouldnt mind hearing anybody elses ways of cookin food, especailly potatoes and rice

I am big fan of Thai chili paste--excellent mixed into the hamburger. Sriracha sauce is good on eggs as well.

The 1st time on my George Foreman grill I bought some extra lean ground and cooked it and it was great but to clean it?????
WTF,it was a mess and was discusted on how much fat actually fell off onto the bottom.
So I scratched my head and went to the butcher after reading that "Top Round" steak has high protein & low fat per serving, top 3 as a matter of fact.
So Now my butcher grounds 9lbs for me,I take about 2.25 lbs a mix with 1 cup of oatmeal and make patties with them and cook on BBQ so they are red in the centre.
I have 28 freezer bags in my freezer with 2 chicken breasts & 1 steak burger I take to work. After you let them thaw out the night before all you need is about 45 sec on the microwave and it tastes so good it almost like cheating:)
The Oatmeal helps keep the beef togeather, you could also use 1 eggwhite in with the mix as that really helps it stick!!

The Foreman grills that pull apart are the best for cleaning, its a pain to do shit all the time but thats how it goes. I clean it right away, and mine came with a drip tray.

so you cook it first, and then freeze it?

A while back looking though the recipe form some hashbrowns mixed in with hamburger is good I tried it out and it was pretty tasty.

my girlfreind made me shit the other day on my birthday, i cook it all teh time now. I skin a BUNCH of potatoes, boil'em, smash them up and throw some cheddar cheese and sour cream with it, and put in fridge. I make a big-ass tub of them, they can last me the whole week. i just heat up bowlfulls and do it again when it gets almsot empty.sometiems use bacon bits too

i cook and freeze meat all the time why can't you do this. i cook up ground beef and put one scopp in a bag and freeze it. i cook chicken and steaks and anything that takes a long time to cook. i have been doing it for years

Foremen Grills kick ass, I always cook up boneless skinless chicken breasts with some lemon pepper. Tip clean while hot its way easier.
