A Hobbit's Tale: Kravi's First Test E Cycle

So my job was having FREE basic Lipid profile screenings and I decided to sign up for it. They looked at my HDL, LDL, Glucose, T/C Ratio, and my age for reference. Test took around 20-25 minutes and this was my result.

HDL: 25 ---- Reference: 40-60
LDL: 168 ---- Reference: <200
T/C: 5.3 ---- Reference: <6.0
Glucose (Fast): 101 ---- Reference: 70-99

Basically in a nutshell, my good cholesterol (HDL) is pretty low, my bad (LDL) is within range but on the high side, my T/C Ratio is within range but close to being at risk for heart problems, and my glucose is high after a 12-hour fast. My dad had similar results but his HDL was less than 15. Undoubtedly doctor assumed it's hereditary for both of us to have low cholesterol levels.

This test served no purpose for my cycle (other than to see where I sit while on AAS), but it was nice to take and best of all, free.

Sorry I haven't been here for a while. Life got in the way. I'm at the end of my 4th week now. Wednesday will be my 9th pin and the start of my 5th week.

Reason I've been inactive for a while is because:

a)My work has forced me to stay until 1am. 4 of the 5 nights. To top working late, they treat me like shit recently because I'm NOT staying later.
b)My dog unfortunately passed away on Wednesday night while I was at work. 13 years since I've had him and I was really sad about it.
c)Due to the above, I haven't been feeling well at all. I feel loss of appetite, as well as I've been hitting nerves during this week's pins. I don't know why, I'm just not focused right now.

I've slowly started to move on from all the shit that happened last week and will be back Wednesday, my 5th week pin to update everyone in-depth of my progress. Mrricco, I've changed my diet a bit to what you advised. I cut the fat from 87-90g to 69-72g, upped my Carbs from 220g to 350g, and kept protein mostly the same, only going from 274g to 285g. Hopefully, the higher amount of carbs will fill me out nicely.

As far as cycle is going, I've felt a bit aggressive this week, or just super emotional in general. Don't know if it's the AAS or all the crap at work and home. I haven't been getting too much PIP, but I've managed to hit a nerve TWICE in the same quad. I think I'm pinning too low, might move higher to the hip area. I had a bout of some low-grade "fever" as well as insomnia, but it seems to have passed after a few days.

Like, I said, I'll write more on this upcoming week. I plan on signing up for some bloodwork in Week 6 to see where my levels are at. Was going to do it Week 4, but I gave myself the benefit of the doubt that it probably just now started to kick in a few days ago.

Yeah, I am committed to my goals 100%. It just sucks when you hit a pothole on the road to those goals. I was less sad about my dog dying as I was mad that it happened while I was forced to stay at work becausing my coworkers are too lazy to do THEIR jobs. I really wish he didn't go, but at least he went in, what I assume, was his sleep so he wasn't in pain. I'm fixing that tire that flew off on that pothole and I'll keep driving to my goals.

Thanks for feeling my pain, brother. Really helps to know I'm not the only one who has gotten through something like this. :)
 
Sorry to hear about the bad stuff bro, keep on working. I had a question about your maintenance, you sure is 2600? Im trying to find mine, and I do the whole lifting with cardio 3x a week but for some reason I bloat up bad at 2500+ calories ugg. What all do you do activity wise?

I work in a medical warehouse for 12-14 hours a day. Basically, I'm on my feet all day running to fill orders, lift up boxes, throw the boxes into the trucks, etc. A fully manual labor job for 12-14 hours a day. :) On top of that, I train 4 days a week with about 2 days of cardio mixed in the beginning and end of the week. I believe that's why my maintenance is that high. The way I found mine was, obviously using a BMI calculator as a rough guideline of where I should be, then from there I simply just ate a little under, and a little over to see how I respond to the calories.
 
My BMR is 1550, and I x it by 1.5 so mine is 2325 and eating at 2700 calories but I'm hoping that isn't to much. LOL I'd hate to get fat gain on this cycle. Also bro, have you pinned your delts yet? I did mine today, shit was cash but I did it to fast a bit fluid came out. Also lets see some pics bro, I wanna see this muscle gain son! We small guys gotta stick together you know haha.

Notes:It wasn't a great workout to be honest. I lifted more weight the last few weeks than I did this time around. I just felt weak as hell. I had no "motivation" to get out of my bed, let alone get in the car on such a rainy day and drive to the gym. However, I still went and did the work.

My injection hurt like hell! I've developed some sort of redness near the area where I pinned which was hot to the touch. Shortly after, I was burning up and felt pretty sick. It hurt to put weight on my leg. It's been a few days though, and it seems to have subsided though, but still hurting. Is it an infection or just a bad reaction to the BA/BB? I have a pin today, so should i go ahead and do it or just wait another day?
