I think what they mean and it is just as easy to say..is that openly asking a question like that can get you scammed. But to answer your question...most web sites as that your were referring to are scams as well. Your best bet is to find a local source in YOUR OWN area where you live. You may have to pay more (Gym prices) but beggars cant be choosers
