A little diet help for a 45mg ED tren only cycle"

Doing a tren only cycle, i have some test suspension on hand to combat side effects if necessary but i will keep that to a minimum to maximum fat burning. I want to bulk while taking advantage of trens ability to stop carbs from being turned to fat, so i will be keeping fat intake low and carbs high along with ~300g protein a day.

I am thinking 50g whey 50g dextrose 3x a day. 1200cal total. Maintenance is 3200cal, so i am thinking of shooting for 4000cal or slightly more using standard clean bulk foods. I don't eat the same thing everyday, but every few days i keep a piece of paper with me and track my food intake. I am mostly wondering the best carb sources for a tren cycle and what ratios of carbs/protein i should try to keep for my goals.

Explain how your body is going to produce test once the tren shuts you down please.

Personally, 150g of whey is way too much daily. Best to get more from food in my opinion. Complex carbs such as sweet potatoes, eheat bread, brown etc are ideal for carb sources

Tren only cycle is a bad idea, hence my sarcasm. I figured you would have picked that up. Since it seems like you don't understand shit, please lay out your entire cycle for me including your PCT. How much Tren you going to run each day??
 
5000iu HCG weeks 2-6 and 30mg nolva for 3 weeks after cycle. I will make an effort to minimize whey and maximize food.

I guess i will learn the hard way about tren only, i do have quick acting test suspension though if the low testosterone/estrogen side effects hit me hard. Dose is 45mg ED like i put in the subject. I don't have experience with tren but after reading some vet papers i am convinced adding testosterone to a tren cycle negates the best effect of tren, the shutdown of lypogenesis (carbs to fat). In finaplix cartridges for cattle they found they needed to add estrogen to prevent the cows from leaning out too much, as marbling is desirable.

So my thinking was dextrose would be good on a tren only cycle. Also keeping fat low, as dietary fat would be the only fat source for the body if lypogenesis was shutdown. I considered the possibility that i might be wrong about all this, so i am asking. I am fairly set on doing tren only though.
 
Yes, you're wrong. You need testosterone as your body will cease making ANY and ALL testosterone naturally once you start injecting trenbolone. You're in for one bumpy ride if you insist on running only tren. At least you're only looking at 315mg/wk of tren versus the folks that come on here hoping to get the green light for a gram a week as a first cycle because they "did research" and felt that was a good starting point.

How many cycles have you had?
How old are you?
How consistent are you in the gym?
Where are you mentally, under any extraordinary stress? (yes, serious question)
What are your goals?

You cannot truly compare finaplix in cattle to how it works in the human body as we need some estradiol to function properly. By eliminating testosterone to prevent any and all aromatization is like refusing to put gas in your car to prevent it from causing air pollution.

Instead of insulting one of the most knowledgeable folks I've ever seen on this board (riprockwell), perhaps you should ask more questions and try to understand why your proposed cycle is haphazard.

Agreed! And when I was competing, the ONLY time I drank a shake was immediately post workout. The rest was all food, and yes I carried a bag full of food everywhere I went. Lol! As far as him using tren only, I wouldn't recommend that at all.
 
Besides EVERYTHING that's already been said to you, and I mean everything, let me give you some little fun facts

Fun fact 1: carbs don't turn into fat...you're worrying about nothing.

Fun fact 2: the best carb sources for a tren cycle are the same best carb sources for a deca cycle are the same best carb sources for a testosterone cycle are the same best carb sources for no cycle....the ones you enjoy eating and fit into your macro/calorie needs.
 
A little reading online should tell you that a tren only cycle is going to be a nightmare on the sides... Cruise dose test along with it seems to be a better idea.
