Doing a tren only cycle, i have some test suspension on hand to combat side effects if necessary but i will keep that to a minimum to maximum fat burning. I want to bulk while taking advantage of trens ability to stop carbs from being turned to fat, so i will be keeping fat intake low and carbs high along with ~300g protein a day.
I am thinking 50g whey 50g dextrose 3x a day. 1200cal total. Maintenance is 3200cal, so i am thinking of shooting for 4000cal or slightly more using standard clean bulk foods. I don't eat the same thing everyday, but every few days i keep a piece of paper with me and track my food intake. I am mostly wondering the best carb sources for a tren cycle and what ratios of carbs/protein i should try to keep for my goals.
