If you have estrogen sides i would say your gear is legit. I don't know how your libido and rage is not high. Test E kicks in late for some people, but 7 weeks is pretty damn far in. Usually 8 or 9 is peak. I don't know what to say bro, eat more i guess that's all you can do. The last few weeks of test is where big gains are made anyway, so eat to make them count. Good luck.
Edit: I would find some aromasin (exemestane) 25mg ED next cycle to stop the test from converting to estrogen. You may have strong enzymes that are converting all that test to estrogen. Nolvadex won't stop this conversion, it only stops the estrogen from binding to certain receptors (it is a selective estrogen receptor modulator not an aromitize inhibitor) (nolvadex is an antagonist to the breast tissue). Estrogen can prevent damage to muscle tissue, and nolvadex can also prevent damage as it acts as an agonist in muscle). So this combination makes training ineffective at damaging (and thus building) muscle.
