A little disappointed thus far...

Yea...you are not eating anywhere near enough. I know you said your friend is eating a similar diet and gaining ok. Remember though everyone is different. Metabolism is different, active lifestyles...etc etc. Also you are eating like 4 hours apart...example 7 am to 11. That is way to far apart. Shoot for every 2 hours. Also between 11 am and 5:30 which is 6.5 hours apart...you consumed almost nothing. Just a bannana and an apple. I am not flaming you just letting you know that this is not even close to enough. The biggest thing I would say is you need to eat more often and alot more overall. There is a good diet forum on here you should check out.

Actually I would say it is essential that you check it out asap. It is impossible to grow if your not feeding your muscles enough of what they need. And I don't mean more gear. When your eating...try to think of food as gear. It sucks that your this far in to only find out your diet isn't anywhere near enough. This really should of been looked at before. Look up the diet section NOW and try to salvage what you can.

You have 3 weeks left right? You should be able to put on another 6-8 lbs as long as your eating right. Won't be awesome overall but at least it won't be a complete waste.

Live and learn.

Pls dont flame me if this diet is wack! as ronnie said-im here for the advice!

that looks to be at most 175-200 g protein, 2300-2700 cals, 150-190 carbs, and very little fats. if you wanna gain weight, try something like this:

1. big bowl of oatmeal, handful of almonds and 2 glasses of milk
2. 6 egg whites, yogurt, 2 pieces of whole grain bread and 6 oz turkey
3. protein shake 1.5 scoop in milk with olive/flax oil and oatmeal mixed with fruits
4. whole wheat penne pasta, chicken breast, veggies
5. 10oz steak, baked yams veggies and milk
6. 4. weight gainer in milk + hand full of almonds
you should be shooting for 3500-4500 cals depending on weight/metabolism, 300 grams protein, 300-400 carbs, and 80-100 grams of good fats

your diet is horrible. gear isnt bunk... your diet is. id guess thats barely 2000 cals.

here is rough example of my diet when im bulking.

6 whole eggs scrambled
whole wheat toast with lil bit of naty pb
glass of skim milk

big hand full of raw almonds to snack on

slice of meatloaf with potatoes

chicken breast with rice and veggies

workout

protien shake and a piece of fruit

salmon with rice and veggies.

some raw almonds to snack on before bed.

Yep, gotta fix that diet dude. Way more protein, and more raw calories if you only put 7 pounds in 7 weeks.

Wow. I recommend buying lots of chicken and brown rice. Eat 10oz chicken cooked with veggies and 2 cups cooked brown rice. Toss in a tbsp or 2 of oil (olive or veggie) and eat it 5 times a day. That'll be closer to 4000 cals, 300g protein, 450g carbs, 150g fat. And drink at least a gallon of water a day.

nailed it

I'd say your diet needs work - get in some more protein and calories. I'd suggest a few hard-boiled eggs a day. More food for calories and make sure to drink your water as the guys above said. Also, you should be in the gym at least 4x a week, and you should be training your all and pushing it to the max! Train harder than your buddy! If you're on gear, you should be moving up the weights you lift ideally every session!
