A little help for a friend

Okay ladies, and of course any guys that want to chime in here as well. I have a question for a friend of mine. She is thinking of using some GH and was wondering what the lowest dose she could use and it still be effective. I know some of you ladies have used GH before and any feedback would be very helpful. She is a fitness competitor and has used anabolics before but never used GH. I think she's more concerned about sides than anything so any feedback would be helpful. What kind of sides did you experience if any? And at what dosage? How long did you run it for as well?
Thanks so much for the help!:)

i used 2ius ED for 6 months.. my only "sides" were my first month of adjusting to it.. otherwise it was smoothe sailing for me.. i also tapered at 1iu for the 6th month

She can start with 1iu a day and gauge her sides.. she may do well with only 1iu.. it really depends on the amount her own pitutary is producing.. the younger she is, the more she is producing and the less she needs to administer.. so in all honesty, she can feel it out!

i have posted numerous times about the first month "adjusting" period on gh.. it is quite uncomfortable and you will hear of women quitting before the good effects come into play.. however it does vary for every woman..
some possible first month sides are:
heavy menstruation
water retention
swollen and tender breasts
dry mouth
exhaustion
joint PAIN
achy body
etc..

throughout the cycle, she may continue to experience exhaustion, but it will lessen as well as the achy body and joint aches, which will subside.. she may also get carpel tunnel (but that usually comes with high doses).. again, it does vary with every woman.. but those are the generals..

Hope this helps :)

Good post SG! Another technique she can use is a tapering method throughout the week. It basically goes as such
Day1 1iu
Day2 2ius
Day3 3ius
Day4 2ius
Day5 1iu
Weekends off

This works well, because it works with the periodic fluxes that gh levels go through, and w/ the time off, you have less of a chance of suppressing your own levels, and effecting your insulin levels.

hey baby.. thanks for chiming in :)

i like the idea of the taper, however i don't like the idea of the weekends off.. no need.. new research suggests that there is no suppression at all and that there are ways to manipulate full throttle of endogenous production while on exogenous therapy (the shots at bedtime) basically saying that gh will take 3-4 hours to become active in your system, so you do the shot, fall asleep, get your natural production surge and then your exogenous surge kicks in.. so you are getting a double dose :) sounds like a damn good theory to me!!!

Old school thought was that consistent gh usage would suppress the pituitary, hence making your idea of the break a plausible one, however... i would think the break would throw the insulin levels into more of a flux rather than keeping them consistent with daily timed doses.. of course without the use of exogenous insulin.. :)

god i love a good debate with you :)

Damn, SG you've certainly come a long way from the first time we spoke. The reason for the weekends off, is
1) FInancial reasons- (Lets face it GH is not cheap.)
2) The time off gives you a little time to asses how your progress and side effects are going along.

SO as you can see, it's more a of a first timer thing. As usual, you are dead on in your advice!

Talk to you Later
