I train my abs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday....sometimes saturday but that is not likely to happen because they are so intense I am normally sore from Friday's workouts....
After doing 200 crunches 100 situps a day.. Got educated here and treat them just like any other muscle, 8-10 reps 4 set with weights 2 a week upper and lower. Works great 10 times better then all those crunches.
i didn't want to make a new thread because of my question so: is there a thread where it explains in details how to do certain work outs like deadlifts or whatever?
