think i had a good deal today, went down my town and had a look in the health shop and sin some abc pluse muli vitamin 500 tabs in a tub for £7.oo , lol they had a proper price on of over £29.oo , got some but think i should of got 2 tubs for that price

thay was selling them off for £7.00 inted of 29 sumert.

? was it a good deal i think so.

What you should so is research on the internet the recommend doses for vitmains and minerals. Then look online or in a vitamin store and see which ones have the best ratios.

Most the time it saves a lot of money buying online. When you go to the mall/vitamin shop they have alot of overhead they have to cover which means their prices will probably be alot higher than online.
