does anyone know about how long shipping really takes? i know it says about 3 days on the site but it has been a good 7 and i havent received my shipment yet. just curious as to when i can expect it.
Some products when ordered are out of stock but our fulfillment company recieves regular shipments every week so sometimes we will wait until the product comes in if there is only going to be a 2-3 days wait.
And there is no shipping on weekends. 3 days means 3 business days from the time the order is processed.
Heres the thing, we have two fulfillment companies, one for SportLab and G-Plenish, the other one for every other product that we sell.
Now we keep inventory records for all SportLab and G-Plenish but for all other products, we cant keep inventory because that fulfillment company that we use deals with a couple other supplement stores and such. So basically if we get an order for something that is not SportLab or G-Plenish, then we send the order into our fulfillment company that deals with Optimum, ProLab, etc. Occasionally, they will email me back and tell me that the item ordered is not in stock but that it will be back in stock in 2 days. Instead of voiding the order, I just wait the two days and re-send in the order. 99% of the time, they have it back in stock when they say they will so that is why I feel confidant in not cancelling the order.
Best bet for customers that are waiting on an order is email customerservice@directconnectnutrition.com or to call our customer service line @ 416-561-4285 -- then we will ask for the order # and we can find the status of it right there.
