About 2 months ago i was doin hang cleans ( which is the same as power cleans but just from a standing position) and i had 250 on the bar and i was going for my 5th rep and when the bar came crashing down on my leg it really hurt. So i took but 4 weeks off from doing squats and when I started doin squats again my strenght dropped significally i went from reping 385 for 6 down to strugling to get 315 for 6 and hurts too when im building my way up to 315. My Question to all the doctors out there do you have any clue what this may be. My quad hurts on the left out side part and right in the middle of that muscle ( and i know there that your quad is three seperate muscles).
