been doing it for 14 months.hardly any difference and no help with the libido, which is what steered me in this direction in he first place.
or..i could find a more sympathetic doctor...this one has kept me on shooting every other week for the last 8 months(although i decided on my own to do it weekly).and when i ask about my estriadol and such he just dismisses it..i think hes used to dealing with 65 year old men..im 47 and in decent shape and always in the gym..and hes usually dismissive of me but ive stuck with him cuz he keeps filling the scripts..but i read some guys on here talk about how life changing it has been and im envious..

Find a new doctor, or manage it yourself. If you're not comfortable getting blood tests and making adjustments on your own, definitely find a doctor that at least understands WHY we need to measure and control estradiol.

Have you at least been advised to donate blood, and had your hematocrit checked?

sorry about that. 200 ml test cyp weekly.and thats it.

Yeah, that's not a "set and forget" type of dose. Bloodwork, AI, donation, etc. At that dose my HCT was at 53 before I knew it. Your E2 is probably way high which is why you are not feeling good.

If you been on that dose for 14 months...
I would think you need to look at your estradiol, HCT, your DHEA is probably low cause the exogenous Test supresses that. No mention of HCG in your protocol.
This sounds like a set it and forget it protocol.

yea,its a urologist and hes pretty by the numbers and predictable. i bring up that other stuff and he brushes it off...i guess i could find a more sympathetic doc...another urologist..or an endo maybe?a sports medicine guy?i feel like ive wasted these 14 months when i could have been feeling spectacular the whole time...

I see a urologist and he's great. The type of doctor is often times irrelevant, but many here will agree that an endo is the last doctor they would see about TRT. Their specialty doesn't really matter as long as they are up to speed on treating low testosterone.
