In a couple of days, I'll start with my first IGF-1 LR3 run. I will use 50mcg ED for 40 days.
This is the plan, tell me what you think of it:
4pm: workout + cardio
5pm: 50mcg subq followed by PWO shake with 70g carbs (50 simple, 20 complex) + 60 protein
6-6.30pm: dinner (50g protein, 50g complex carbs, 20g fat)
I'm on a cutting cycle (250mg test e and 500mg primo) so I'd rather keep the rest of the day low on carbs. Or do you think that'll be a problem since I'm using IGF-1?
