Possibly. You may have not gotten deep into the muscle. Oil sitting subcutaneously can develop a lump, but that's typically at volumes higher than .5 ml. My guess is that you had an unsteady hand and caused the site to become inflamed. Should resolve itself in a few days.

If it feels like you got smacked with a baseball bat in the ass, it's probably just pip from the sustanon. I'd keep an eye out for the site becoming red and hot to the touch. If you develop a fever and notice the swelling getting worse, it might be prudent to take a trip to the ER for your bad "B-12" shot.
