how often do most of you include abs and cardio into your BULKING cycles?? i have eliminated ALL cardio and abs because dont want it to come in way of my bulking.... lets hear some of you

Why would training your abs have any effect on bulking? It's true that abs are only visible at lower body fats but its not true that doing some ab work is going to get in the way of gaining muscle.

stronger core = bigger lifts = more muscle

In my opinion cardio should never be completely abandoned as it does so much for your health aside from weight loss. Don't over due it and start running marathons. You can always compensate for burned calories by eating more.

Hey I'm currently lean bulking doing abs 3X a week. I'll work them real hard 1 day a week and do mild sets in between larger muscle groups in order to keep my heart rate elevated to remain in the fat burning zone. They are a muscle and getting your abs to grow while on is alot easier than while not using any as.

Light cardio usually on bike or stair climber 15 minutes 2-3 per week.

Ditto!

I would be doing cardio atleast two times per week at 20 minutes per session.

Your heart will thank you. It will also stimulate your appetite.

People get the wrong impression that when you are "bulking" you are either lifting weights, or sitting in a motionless state trying not to waste precious "bulking" calories.

Cardio will keep your fat gain in check and will also keep your cardiovascular health in check.

As for abs, do them once per week like every other bodypart.

i do them all the time. sometimes twice a day heavy. abs are my weakest link right now for getting my squat and DL up. where in the hell did you get that logic that you shouldnt do cardio or abs while trying to add muscle?
