I know some guys say they do abs everyday. My questions is if your doing them everyday how much are u doing? How many sets/exercises? And I'm talking off cycle here.
I've started doing them everyday. I've been doin cable crunches 3 sets of 20. And dumbbell sidebend 3 sets of 20 w/ 45pds. Sometimes I use a crunch machine w/ 3 sets of 30
Abs are the one muscle group you can work every single day cause they recover so quickly. I work them out every single day. Twice actually. In the morning and evening.
