crunches
roman chair crunches
standing rope crunches
kneeling rope crunches
hypers (OK not for abs but still important)
Knee ins
Knee ups
Twisting versions of the above movements
isometric contractions
I'm sure there is more.
I usually pic 2 or 3 movements and work abs twice a week.
I like standing ab pulldowns on the lat pulldown machine. Get a rope and pull the ends down on either side of your next, then crunch down all the way and back up again. My favorite.
I love (and hate) Janda Situps. They are a very practical movement for athletics, and they are HARD. I don't know anyone who can do bunches of them like regular situps.
I also like weighted crunches on a Swiss ball and this modified leg thrust exercise on occasion. And of course Vacuums.
