Soldier I m 5 11 212 in the photo..had done shoulder s at 10 am taco bell at noon( 7 taco s and root beer) I m def. sodiumed out but my gay porn star metabolism needs the bad cal s or else I m eating while I m cooking..can t quit eating...600.00 a month.
That 19 yr old had me down to 202 but it was fun to change it up.
It s all about cal s w me..gear dosing not nearly as important to me as I m about where I like to stay but I m old as dirt son. Over 215 my knee s ache...
