Acne getting worse can you help

So it was subtle on my chest and front shoulder but it's getting worse. I've never had an acne issue before, but this is my first cycle. Getting concerned. It's starting to get to a point where I don't want to take my shirt off. Help please if you can.

Tell us what you are running on your cycle. And please post blood work results that include estradiol.

To OP:

If ur pinning ur test once a week, do it twice a week for more stable levels. The more fluctuation in ur blood, the more oil ur goona leak and thats more acne. Seems like acne gets better when ur levels stay the same and this in turn would mean that if ur headed toward PCT and ur test is dropping, it's going to break u out like crazy and the same applies if ur building up the test in ur blood stream from like weeks 1-6 if ur running test E assuming.

I know they say accutane is a last resort, but I run it often at 20-40mg ed with fatty food for best absorpt. It really helps in my opinion and If ur approaching PCT, defo use it.

Also, Mega recommended me NAC for it. 1.2g of it a day. I just started using it and will see how next bloods turn out for liver enzymes!

My first time running it was for 6 months: 40, 40, 60, 80, 80, 40mg
My derm didn't do it correctly and didn't tell me about fatty food and it worked well till 1 month after I got off then it came back. Less acne than before I ran it though, but it still came back.

Second time, did it myself correctly. 8 months: 40mg the entire way.
Took two weeks to load up super fast and acne cleared and I ran it this long to seal the deal. Naturally with no AAS, I'd assume this would have worked good, but since I'm acne prone. I feel if I come off it, then I begin to break out.

So I kept running it, new brand and it turned out to be underdosed or bunk and started to see spots. Bought better brand and it went away again.


I think if ur honestly acne prone in general and not on accutane ur still going to break out with AAS, even if u manage stable bloods, but it won't be bad if u can get the balance.

Accutane fixes it no matter what. If I was natural and had stable hormones that were balanced I think the second tane cycle would have set me for life or at least for a few years.


I heard it can be ran year round on low doses. 5-10mg. Works good at even these doses, it just a matter of ur body getting use to it.
