I'm 5 weeks into cycle. 550 test e a week 20 Mgs of nolva. I feel like my libidos lower than normal and my nips are sensitive. I was thinking of adding 50 Mgs ed of anavar for weeks 6-11 to boost my test believing there to be a low risk of estrogen related sides. Also want to use letro to combat the gyno early but at as low a dose as possible. Should I stick with the nolva or would that keep my estrogen high. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Who told you to run nolva on cycle?
Running a real Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and not a SERM will block the conversion of estrogen. Nolva just binds to existing estrogen and still goes through the liver. Not as efficient.
Grab some arimidex or Forma Stanzol and run that on cycle. Adex would be taken .25mg E/D.
I wouldn't ever mess with letro. Others may argue with me on this but it just seems pointless to go through phases of crushing, then rebounding, then crushing estro again. Why not just have a moderately low estrogen?

Get aromasin or adex now and stay on the nolva until then. Aromasin can be run at 12.5mg ed and adex at .25mg eod. High estrogen is likely why your libido is down and nips are sore. Anavar will not help this.
