Adding HCG mid-cycle?
Thought I understood Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in cycle, but man, the more I read the more confusing it gets.
I was planning on doing a short Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) cycle about half-way through to combat atrophy. Then run it at the end to kick-start my PCT.
Now it appears running it that way is not the right way to do it, and the high doses at the end might even cause more problems than they solve?
That said, I won't have my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) until about week 8 of my 15 week cycle. With that in mind, should I even bother running it?
My biggest concern is due to my age, and running such a long cycle that I make sure I get my guys running at full capacity as fast as possible and not lose any natural test. Currently my test score is 600 (out of 250-830). I would hate to sacrifice any natural test production due to being shut down for so long, and thus lose my gains.
I've read that I can jump start a maintenance dose mid-cycle by calculating 40iu X number of days I've been on, then do weekly maintenance dose of 100iu 2x week to the end. But I also don't want to risk desensitizing my LH receptor, again because of age and average test production.
Any advice here?
