adding some bulk?????

I was wondering what to do to get my weight up. I'm 5'10/155 lbs. I want to get to a solid 175. I know it doesn't sound like a lot of weight, but it's hard for me to gain. I started to eat more with my diet and up'd my protien intake....so that should help.
 
eat till you get sick (literally) its the best way someone can learn to eat for mass. Eventually yor body becomes adjusted and begins to demand those calories from you. It takes time but stick with it. Also check out the diet forum
 
yeah, i've been looking at different diet forums on here. I read that u just have to force ur body to eat a lot and it will get easier. I try more protien shakes when i can't get the food down. I know its not real food, but It's better than nothin.
 
At first you have to stuff yourself and remember to enjoy your food but eat healthy it makes it that much easier. Drink a lot of whole milk, if you are not lactose intolerant.
