I'm planning to add Tren A 75mg EOD to my TRT 100MG /WEEK for 6 weeks. I had my cholesterol check led and my HDL is a little low. Would that low of a dose tren completely ruin it or can I avoid it going down more.

Good chance Tren will affect your lipids for the worse.

How can I keep it in check. Maybe niacin. Will it rebound quickly after?

Best bet would be to not run Tren. There are lots of other compounds out there. Stick with Test.
