Any advantage or disadvantage to taking 1mg Adex twice per week opposed to taking .25mg ED (with obviously one day taking .5)? I'm wondering if spreading two doses out like that really would make any difference with a yoyo effect in E2? It sure would be easier then splitting the damn things into quarters....

The half life is about 48 hours with adex. So yes, more frequent dosing than once a week can be helpful. I personally inject 100mg every 3.5 days and I take .25mg of arimidex with each injection. That works well for me. What's your current protocol?
So, they have me on 250 test 1 injection per week. I had very bad water retention and itchy nips etc... Finally ran the labs (at my request) and came back with E2 in the high 130 range. Doc prescribed ADEX at .5 on day of injection and 3 days after. My mood improved and I think it helped with mild water retention but no change in itchy nips. After some research I started .25 EOD but again no real changes. Then I started .25 ED and I've noticed improvement with all the sides. I still get morning erections too (alas maybe not as hard) so I don't think it is killing my E just yet.
So, based on your response, if I take 1 mg every three days it would not be as beneficial as sticking to the .25 ED? I also take 250 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) two days and day before my test inj.

That is a LOT of adex that you are suggesting you take. That is probably going to crash your E -- which honestly feels worse than high E.
I would split you test injections into two 125mg doses. Inject once ever 3.5 days. This in itself will help reduce aromitization into e2. And take your adex with each injection. I would start with the lower dose how see how that works. So .25mg ever 3.5 days. If you still have high e2 after two weeks bump it up to .50mg every 3.5 days. Anytime you change your adex protocol, give it about two weeks to take full effect and then rerun blood work. Just remember -- it is a whole lot easier to bring your e2 down than to increase it. You don't want to crash it. Once your get your e2 managed you will be on your way to feeling good again.
