Well I am currently doing fat burning and i have been doing a strict high protien low carbs low fats, for about a month and i lost about 7 kilos I was about 17%bf and now i am about 15%. I am not sure about the before bf. I am currently 85 kilos, I started at about 92 kilos
My question is I want to change my diet and add some carbs, so pls comment my diet
Meal One 4 egg white, 2 whole eggs with wheat bread
Meal two Pre-workout Protien shake
Meal three Post workout usually steak with potatoes and orange juice
Meal four Tuna with salad
Meal five Protien shake
Meal six 2 egg white, 2 whole eggs with wheat bread.
I know its not a perfect diet but i want to see wht u guys think

I am also taking winstrol, prop and primo. I also take glucophage with carbs and also take clen and fat burner.
