I'm trying to back into being a competition level fighter and I don't intend to compete but this is more for self improvement. Anyways I'm trying to build muscle and speed as quickly as possible and one of my friends suggested winstrol. I don't weight lift all I do is combat 5 days a week (which is a full body workout) and some light cardio. He suggested I do 50mg a day to build up.
I weigh 135lbs
12% body fat
around 2500 calorie diet
My question is do I need to take up weightlifting in addition to the combat?
Should I not do 50mg per day for 6 weeks like he suggested?
