Advice for my first winstrol cycle

I'm trying to back into being a competition level fighter and I don't intend to compete but this is more for self improvement. Anyways I'm trying to build muscle and speed as quickly as possible and one of my friends suggested winstrol. I don't weight lift all I do is combat 5 days a week (which is a full body workout) and some light cardio. He suggested I do 50mg a day to build up.

I weigh 135lbs
12% body fat
around 2500 calorie diet

My question is do I need to take up weightlifting in addition to the combat?
Should I not do 50mg per day for 6 weeks like he suggested?
 
Lots of people get sore joints (very painful) leading to injury when taking winstrol.

Also it would be nice to get a more complete history before giving advice:

Height
Training history
Cycle history
Age
More specific goals (if it's simply for performance enhancing, are you trying to lose bf%/gain muscle, etc)

Bruh if you don't workout then taking steroids isn't going to just magically get you in shape. If you want to build up then you need to start working out to (build up) not take steroids. That's horrible advice. I'm not being a dick or attempting to be rude. Just being honest you could do a 2 grand cycle starting tomorrow and if your not working out at best all you'll get is lean. You'll have to put in work to get where you're asking to get bruh.
 
Man the old bro science and also thinking steroids are magic. OP you need to learn more about all this.
Do not take Winstrol by itself.

For information I'm not trying to "bulk up" I'm just trying to build some lean muscle for explosiveness. The combat is a full body workout that utterly brings me to my limits every single day.

I'm 21
I'm trying to take it to enhance my athletic performance not get big (it's a cutter)
never juiced before.

And why do I need to take testosterone in addition to Winny (which I'm told is DHT) Can someone explain that in simple terms

This is very simple and it's ok you don't know. When you ingest any steroid your testicles shut down and you do not produce your own Testosterone. You need testosterone to balance your hormones.
So with all cycles you should have at least a small dose of Test.

However here is the dangerous point. You are 21 and your body has not fully developed and if shut down at this age may not recover (simply put ) therefore you should not do this at all. Furthermore since you are so young and your Test level is still very high ?? .... Then it takes a bit more Test to get you back to equal what you could do naturally.

So would you recommend an after cycle? I'm passionate about going down this road and I see no natural way to make the gains I need to be competitive in a short time again. And I will admit I am doing this for aesthetic purposes to a degree. I'm tired of just looking lean I wanna look like there's actually muscle there. I just need all the info I can possibly get and what I'm seeing a lot of on other forums is not recommending winny while you naturally produce a lot of test.
But wouldn't that be advantageous cuz its a dht and the after cycle will help rebound. I don't really understand the biology at work here

Also since I'm not heavy lifting; I only do some light lifting three days a week to supplement my training should I drop the dosage down to 25 mg every other day for 8 weeks?

no one is going to recommend you do any steroids, much less winny by itself bro...

be smart.. if you are not gaining muscle your diet is poor.. steroids dont make up for a poor diet
