Advice for tren / test - 2nd cycle

I am wondering how long should I wait till I start a 2nd cycle.

I was on tren / test cycle for 12 weeks - 1st cycle with great results.

Tren everyday - half 75mg,
Test - 250mg (once a week, till the last 4 weeks at twice a week making it 500mg)

36 age
85kg
5.10 - height

Look forward knowing a good break between cycles?

12 weeks ( Time on = time off )

=18 wks.

I would run 500mgs test the whole time....250 is a bit low.....
