Advice needed from people who know what's up.

Ok guys here is the breif backstory. I'm 33 years old 6'3 and over the past 10 years my weight varies in between 215 - and up to 3 months ago 248. I have hit the gym hard and am down to 225 pounds. I go to the gym 5 times a week and the weight lose is accredited to a healthy diet and killer cardio.

Now.. I want to continue loosing weight but I won't lie I need a "boost" I don't know anyone who has ever used or where to get it for that matter but I want to have strait answers about the best "plan of attack" to achieve my goal.

I don't want to be a monster I just want to fill out my 6'3 frame

First cycle should always be test only!! 500mg a week. 10-12 weeks. Start researching! You need to understand AAS prior to starting
 
Bro, I'm 33 6'3 and was 260 last December. I got down as low as 215 before I started. Just finished 1st cycle of test e at 500mg and it was awesome. You talked about filling out your frame, I get complements all the time about my shoulders and what not. Read on here especially the sticky titled,

test e/c @5-600mg for 10-12 weeks will work wonders. how much mass or how lean you stay will depend on diet/training
