~currently training each body part twice a week, at a bit of a stalemate..DO u think its wise to traing each body part once a week Mon, Weds, Fri..What do u guys think, Is this enough??Am i training to much at the moment?? Im naturl btw..

its easy to overtrain when doing 2x per week workouts , especially when natural . i would definately switch back to 1x per week per bodypart for a while and see if you rut .
 
Cheers..I think im going to try a Mon. Weds, Fri routine, with cardio on Tues, Weds and sat.

Monday-Biceps, Triceps. Shoulders

Weds- Legs, abs

Fri--Chest, Back, Forearms


Does this look about right??
